Our background

We started as a small cut-and-sew unit making cotton bags for local retailers. As buyers abroad began replacing single-use plastic, we invested in heavier machinery, a fabric testing lab and export packing, and grew into a full tote bag manufacturer.

Today our catalog spans 37 styles across calico, duck canvas, muslin, juco, waxed canvas and organic cotton – from 4-inch jewellery pouches to oversized 20 × 24-inch boat totes – and every one can be resized and branded for your program.

The company is run by people who still walk the floor every day. That is why we can answer technical questions quickly and keep repeat orders identical to the approved sample.

Mission

To make reusable fabric bags the obvious choice over plastic, by producing them responsibly and consistently, at any scale our clients need.

Vision

To be the most trusted source of certified, traceable cotton bags for brands that want their packaging to reflect their values.

How we source and produce

The standards we hold ourselves to before a single bag is cut.

Ethical sourcing standards

Mills and trim suppliers are approved only after a social and quality audit. We keep a documented supplier code of conduct and re-assess suppliers every year.

Organic cotton procurement

Organic cotton yarn and fabric are sourced from approved spinners and weavers, with every lot traceable back to its supplier.

Sustainable textile commitment

Natural fibres only, low-impact water-based inks, bio-enzyme softening and PFC-free coatings.

Zero-waste cutting

CAD marker nesting maximises fabric use. Usable offcuts become pouches and labels; the remainder goes to yarn recyclers.

Fair workplace

Fair wages, documented working hours, safe machinery and on-site training, checked through regular internal audits.

Private-label customization

Screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, woven tags, custom sizes and colours, and branded export packaging.
